Overview

“Solo” (screen name: Solo Leveling; claimed real name: Ben Conway; also known as Elero5 on Snapchat) is a UK-based adult male who catfished Destiny for approximately 2-3 years using the stolen identity of a young woman in Illinois (“Rose”). He created fake accounts across Discord, Twitter, and Cash App using Rose’s photos, and engaged in a relationship with Destiny while posing as Rose. He is believed to be approximately 21-22 years old as of April 2022, and believed to be located in or near Oxford, UK.

Why He Matters

Solo is the person who actually caused the harm Pixie’s lawsuit alleges against Destiny. Both Destiny and, reportedly, the first two attorneys Pixie consulted agreed: if there is a viable case, it is against Solo, not Destiny. Solo:

  1. Stole and weaponized Rose’s identity
  2. Coerced Rose into creating explicit content under threats
  3. Leaked Destiny’s content publicly to cause maximum reputational damage
  4. Created the entire fictitious “relationship” Destiny believed was with Rose

The fact that Solo is in the UK and not named as a party to the current lawsuit is a central strategic and legal puzzle in this case.
